- Maternity Support – Funding for a support person during the last trimester of pregnancy to ensure continuity in research projects throughout the end of pregnancy and maternity leave.
- Parental Leave – Up to six weeks of paid parental leave for partners, promoting shared caregiving responsibilities and facilitating a smoother transition back to work for mothers.
These measures are part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a more inclusive and supportive research environment. The video was produced following the Prix Lux Equal Opportunities Prize, which we were honored to receive from the University of Bern in 2022 in recognition of our efforts.
