Raphaëlle Luisier leads the Genomics & Health Informatics group at the IDIAP Research Institute in Martigny. The Luisier group integrates several types of datasets e.g clinical, genomic and imaging data for the analysis of complex diseases such as neurodegenarive diseases. For this type of analysis, the group develps statistical and machine learning methods. The goal is to develop better diagnostic tools and gain a better understanding of these complex diseases.
